The difference between a prokaryotic cell and a eukaryotic cell is, a prokaryotic cell does not have a nucleus or any other organelle, but a eukaryotic cell has a true nucleus. Animal and plant cells are a lot alike but there is also a few differences such as animals have skeletons to hold its structure, but plants do not.
