My Favorite Male Actor

My favorite male actor is Chris Farley. He has been in a lot of movies, such as, Black Sheep, Billy Maddison, Tommy Boy, Almost Hero, Beverly Hills Ninja. He has also been on stand up comedy shows like, Saturday Night Live. Almost every movie he did was a comedy. He was a very funny man. I say was because unfortunately because he passed away. He passed away on December 18th, 1997 from an accidental cocaine overdose.

Favorite Movie

My favorite movie would have to be Prison Song. This is for sure one of the best movies I have ever seen. It has a lot of the qualities for a great movie, such as drama, action, love, and some comedy. This movie is very exiting. Once I saw it I wanted to see it again and again. I most likely will buy this movie (unless someone were to buy it for me for Christmas, hint, hint). And I'm not going to lie, in the end of this movie it really did bring a tear to my eye. I would definitely recommend this movie to everyone.

Changes to Salem

If I could change something about Salem it would be to add a huge skate/bike park. All of the skaters and bikers could get together and help design it. It would be huge! That would be really cool, but there are still a lot of things about Salem that are cool; like the two skate parks and the trails out in West Salem. It would be a lot better if there were more parks. I think there would be less violence too, because the skaters and bikers wouldn't be around the bums anymore. There are a lot of problems between the riders and the bums. Mostly the bums do things to give the park a bad name. We don't like it so when we see them doing these things we get mad and make them leave which causes violence. There are a number of bums who feel the same as us. So I think with a new park there would be a lot less violence. It would give kids more places to hang out instead of being in gangs.

A song that realtes to my life

I chose this song because when I hear it I just connect. Like in the song, because my dad is gone, I have a lot of anger. I really think that it is the cause of a lot of my problem's. I really don't like my step dad and have been to the point where I wanted to hit him. However, out of respect I would never hit him unless he hits me. but I do feel like doing it sometimes.
I sometimes feel like my parents do not want me around because of the choices I have made and the choices I make. I do some times feel like I am their nightmare, because I have all my anger built up inside me. When someone makes me mad I let them know and a lot of times it all just comes out through violence. Something about fighting just makes me feel relived and less stressed. Even if I get beat up as long as I get some hits in its ok. I don't really like it, it just makes me feel better. Which is why I am in the situation I am in.

"These ideas are, nightmares to white parents
whose worst fear is a child with dyed hair and who likes earrings
Like whatever they say has no bearing
It's so scary in a house that allows, no swearing
to see him walkin around with his headphones blaring
Alone in his own zone, cold and he don't care
He's a problem child, and what bothers him all comes out
when he talks about, his fuckin dad walkin out
Cause he just hates him so bad that he, blocks him out
If he ever saw him again he'd probably knock him out
His thoughts are whacked, he's mad so he's talkin back
Talkin black, brainwashed from rock and rap
He sags his pants; doo rags and a stockin cap
His step-father hit him so he, socked him back
and broke his nose, his house is a broken home
There's no control, he just let's his emotions go"

Songs that impact society

Honestly, I cannot find a song that impacts society the most. And that is because everyone cares about different things. A song that could impact me might not impact miranda because she could just not care about what it sings about. Everyone likes different things and worries about different things. So there really isn't a song that impacts society, because different songs are going to impact different parts of society.

Teen Drug Abuse

Drugs affect teens everywhere. It is a very large problem in today's
society. Almost all teens have at least once been faced with the choice of drug use.
It mostly comes from peers. And sometimes even parents. It is all on them whether they choose to use them or not. We can only help their decision by explaining the effects of drugs. Also keeping a good eye on them. Like know who they're with and where they are going. Not be too strict because that usually makes teens want to do it more. Being too strict can sometimes makes teens want to rebel. But giving them their freedom at the same time as knowing what they're doing And who they're with will keep them respecting the parent and less likely to do drugs.
Teens just need to think about how drugs are going to affect their lives. They might feel good but it has a lot of negative effects. More bad then good.
Like it can stop you from maturing. And just completely destroy your body.
Your lungs, your teeth, your skin, and your brain. There is so many things that just make drugs not even worth it or not sound good. just imagine being a 30 year old pot head who has the thought process of a fifteen year old. Or becoming addicted to meth or any other drug. And having no or very little teeth. And the teeth you do have are rotting. And having scars all over your body from picking at your skin while you were high. Tell me, what employer is going to hire someone like that, Or What girl is going to want a man like that. or man want a woman like that.
I think teens really need to think about the future before they act. And even if they think “oh I won't get addicted I am only gonna do it once”. You never know with drugs, Just one time could get you addicted. or after you try it you know it feels good so you want to get higher and higher and then next thing you know you
in jail, or in a rehabilitation clinic. Or even dead. Almost everyone who begins using drugs doesn't expect to be an addict. And have their whole life just go down the toilet just to feel good for a few hours.
